Intro

Behind heavy wooden doors, in what was once an industrial junkyard of discarded car parts, something new has taken shape. Now converted into our home and studio, lies a a place of intimacy and warmth where light plays a fundamental role. The tall, vertical walls, with their industrial character, are now softened by the presence of trees that inhabit and shape the space, blurring the boundaries between built form and nature. Light is the essential medium here: it filters through the large openings, animating surfaces and revealing textures as the day unfolds.

Our home is one that grows, evolves, and changes with the seasons. Trees and plants are at its heart, softening the boundaries between inside and out, turning the house into a living landscape. Within these walls—our evolving canvas—we display furniture and objects by designers we admire, alongside Japanese ceramics and glassware that speak of endurance, time, and use. ^[01] The material palette—walnut wood, white brick, stone, linen, wool, and leather—embraces natural aging, revealing its beauty over time.^[02]

We are deeply committed to natural materials that age gracefully like stone, wood, leather, wool, linen where their beauty unfolds over time.
And deeply personal.
Though the structure retains its industrial character, it has been transformed into a dwelling where light, material, and landscape coexist in quiet harmony.
where industrial heritage meets domestic warmth.

Light and shadow trace the rhythm of our days, while birds now nest among the branches of our fig tree, completing the sense of a home that breathes.
their silhouettes breaking the geometry with quiet grace.
Plants and trees are an essential part where light gets filtered and where you feel your home is a living space/ being that is growing with you and where seasons change.
Space is essential and these walls are like a canvas to be filled through time, while we grow within this space.

[02] Home is also a continuity of our bodies and a form of expression. Here, my mind feels free and able to drift through space.
